Fair on both sides of the platform.

Free for offices. Low fees for vendors. Same idea from both sides: self-service means we don't need a 15% cut.

Honest answers.

How can fees be this low?

Self-service. Vendors onboard themselves, manage their own menus and prices, and offices order without a sales team in the middle. That's what costs money on other marketplaces — not the platform.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Offices pay the vendor's list price. Vendors pay the 6% commission on marketplace orders and the flat software plan for their own customers — that's the whole model. Payment processing is passed through at cost with no markup.

What does the signing fee cover?

One-time onboarding and verification: profile setup help, menu import, insurance and licensing checks, and go-live QA. It's $750, credited back against your first three months of commission once you're active — and the first 25 founding Austin vendors skip it entirely.

How does the own-customers plan work?

Customers you bring yourself run commission-free. You pay a flat monthly software fee tiered by your own-customer volume — from $99/mo — and their payments and invoicing still run through the platform. Your tier adjusts monthly with your volume, no penalties.
